The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen manufacturing issues.
We partner with trusted logistics providers, including Shiprocket and other leading courier services, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The shipping partner for your order is selected based on the delivery pincode and package dimensions.

Neon signs are fragile and require special packaging. Each sign is carefully packed with:
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, no response at the delivery address, or other reasons, the courier will reattempt delivery. After 2–3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery will incur additional shipping charges.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.
We deliver across most pin codes in India. You can check whether your pin code is serviceable by entering it on the product page or during checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment.
